The driver accepts the request
Once the request is accepted, contact details are shared automatically so you can coordinate the ride.

Every member has a name, a bio and a home area. Teal Wheels reviews profiles to help reduce spam and keep the community usable. This is not identity verification or a safety endorsement.
Badges that say what we looked at
Drivers can add a ticket screenshot, and anyone can link a social profile. You'll also see how many rides someone has given or taken that both people confirmed.
Privacy by default
Non-users can't see profiles. Contact details are shared only after a ride request is accepted. License plates are shown to the driver and accepted riders, or to a trusted contact when a participant chooses to share a private ride link. Ticket screenshots, ride reviews and notes are never shown to other members. Exactly who sees what

Community coordination—not a transportation service.
We confirm email, review profiles to help reduce spam, and look at the ticket screenshots drivers choose to add. None of this verifies identity, driving ability, insurance, or behavior. Teal Wheels does not provide live trip monitoring, safety supervision, or emergency response.
